New Year, New You?

It is time to let go of the past and work on yourself not only for the future, but also for the present because your present self is the vessel of your future self. Last year was a tough one for all of us. It's time to sit back and revisit our body, mind and soul. It's time to revive yourself. Everything you got use to last year, shake it up and make a change.
Change Your Morning Routine
Instead of waking up and checking your social media the first thing. Try to spend the first 10 to 20 minutes of your day mapping the parts of your life that you want to focus your energy on.
Move Your Body
2020 had almost everyone sitting on a couch or just in a very bad place so let's not forget to take care of our vessel. No need for a gym membership when there is music. Vibe and enjoy life. Even if you start with a bad mood, always give it a try and after a few songs you will be grooving.
Manifest
You can create what you want, you just have to know what it is. Write down your short- and long-term goals and put them in a place where you can see them regularly.
Boundaries
Everyone has limits that we do not tolerate being crossed. So this year, write them on sticky notes and stick them on your fridge or mirror. Protect your energy and your safe space. Give your energy to the people or projects that really deserve it. It's a finite resource - share it wisely.
Sleep Routine
Prioritize your sleep because your life depends on it. Sleep is the best medicine for our physical health, mental health and future health. Get to bed early and put your phone on "Do Not Disturb" if necessary.
It’s so easy for us to forget to appreciate ourselves, and this year is not going to be one where we forget.
