The Ginger Immunity Shot has been one of my favorite wellness shots for a long time. It is the go to shot I make for my friends and family when they are feeling unwell. It’s a quick and simple recipe that can be twisted into your own depending on your taste buds.
1/2 green apple
1 knob of ginger (or a teaspoon of ginger powder)
1 pinch of cayenne
1 knob of turmeric (or a teaspoon of turmeric powder)
1 pinch of black pepper
A Splash of Almond Milk (for better consistency)
Juice all ingredients and pour into a small glass. Top with ginger powder (for an extra kick) and down the hatch.
