Becoming a Morning Person

Genetics can determine whether you wake up more easily in the morning or prefer to stay up until 2 AM. If you are a person who by nature tends to get up late at night, it is perfectly feasible to become the guy who jumps out of bed at 6 AM if you want to.
In other words, people don't think about getting up early in the morning, they just do it, and they are happy because it can help them become more productive in their daily lives. People do not hesitate in the morning and are therefore happier, which can be helped by getting up early.
So don't just set the alarm, go to bed early and try to wake up early so your body gets used to waking up tomorrow morning. Although it may be tempting to sleep off at the weekend, try to get up early and wake up so it's not that hard. Knowing it takes time to become a habit. Once you start to see the benefits of waking up earlier, it becomes a habit and you will never want to go back to the days of waking up at 2 AM just to waste a nice morning nap. Some extreme larks wake up more easily than others, and they tend not to sleep at weekends like many others.
